BIDDING CONDITIONS

By placing a bid online, you are entering a contract. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted. Everything will be sold "as is." Please read carefully any specifications and limitations. By its purchase, buyer waives any claims for liability against either the school or the donor of the property or services, and neither the School nor the donors is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from utilization of property or services sold. All items are subject to a minimum opening bid and a minimum raise of $100 for major items, and $10 for smaller items.

We will only accept bids where the name and number match our records. You should receive confirmation of your bid within 24 business hours, if you do not please contact us. You will be notified if you are the high bidder as well as when you are outbid. All purchases are subject to verification when payment is rendered.
